Lolz.. The habit of posting monthly has taken hold of me, it seems.. =D
Phew! It's already the month of May, and the weather is SO hot! I can imagine the headache my dad's gonna experience after taking a look at the electric bills for this month.
Air-conditioning, afterall, is a huge drain on power. Ah.. the bliss of having a air-conditioned room.. =D
Ok.. hmm.. where do I start? Oh yeah.. let's start from the beginning of April..
......... Damn. Memory loss. lolz!
Well.. it's been nearly a month since TG and Alvin went for their China trip (TG going home, while Alvin's off on his vacation.. I wanna go too!). Somehow I just can't remember the exact date when they left (couldn't care less anyway). And it seems that several bad events took place over there.. TG got pretty pissed off with Alvin.. have to get the full story when they get back.. (erm.. that'll be another 3 days before they arrive back in Singapore, given that there's no flight delay)
And WSS is over!!! Or at least, the VTP sessions are over. (erm.. VTP is.. training)
Results (for the final exams of Year 1.2) were released sometime in the second week of the VTP sessions..
First time in my life i got straight A's... =P (Or rather, since Primary school anyway =D)
GPA was a 4/4! Rock on! W00t!
And yes, the amount of effort I put into the projects paid off.. scored AD for IAC (top 5% distinction! As did my team members. *shrugs* Oh well.) , AD for Oral Communications and A+ for Programming (one grade above A.. i think top 10%?)
=D Feels pretty good.. considering I never did revisions and did last minute studying for the exams (last minute as in, the very morning of the test itself =D)
OK. Enough boasting. =D
The month went by just like that.. pretty boring and uneventful.. And of course, my having forgotten several stuff that happened.. (Hey, try doing a review on your past month's activites/events. You'll see.)
Next up: Next week's itinerary!
1) Astro training camp from 4th - 7th May, 4D3N. *Gawd.!*
2) TG and Alvin's return from China. *Happy reunion? Or the calm before the storm?*
3) Astro "Lecture presentation and notes" to be prepared prior to the camp. *Sigh.. I guess I'm stuck with these.. "presentations"..*
4) My sister's Mid-year exams. *Once again, the "just-passes" and fails.*
5) Etc. Who knows what's gonna happen? =D *Stupid statement.*
I think that's all for "this month". =D We'll see if I manage to get a post in before June.
